Research on Productive Practice Teaching Mode of Food Specialty Based on "Double Innovation"
Abstract
Innovation drives development. To build an innovative country, it is a must to strengthen the education of innovation and entrepreneurship for talents. Food professional practice teaching plays an important role for students to master professional skills, improve practical ability and innovation ability, and provides an effective way for students to acquire professional comprehensive ability. This article first analyzes the development status of productive practical teaching in food specialty focusing on different approaches based on food productive practical teaching to constructing an innovation and entrepreneurship (Double Innovation) curriculum teaching system, and further expanding innovation and entrepreneurship practical teaching.
