Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform in Veterinary Microbiology Theory Course

Abstract


The undergraduate course system of animal medicine is very complex, among which one professional basic course is veterinary microbiology. The knowledge of veterinary microbiology is updated quickly and contains a large number of contents, so students cannot learn all the frontier knowledge in a limited class. Students’initiative is limited by the traditional cramming teaching mode, which makes the teaching quality cannot be improved quickly. This paper deeply analyzes the teaching of veterinary microbiology theory course, and studies the combination of teaching and teaching methods of veterinary microbiology theory course, hoping to contribute to the teaching reform of the subject.
