Selection of Suppliers in the Retail Industry
Abstract
With the rapid advancement of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, since the 1990s, the production-centered management mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern market competition, and replaced by the customer-centered supply chain management.In the mode of supply chain management, the competition among individual enterprises becomes the competition among the supply chains of enterprises.The core competitiveness of supply chain is reflected in the level of customer service, the response time of customer demand and the level of operation cost.
