Research on the Construction and Management of Academic Science, Technology, and Culture of College Students in Ocean Universities

Abstract

At present, China’s ocean colleges and universities have the problems of cognitive ambiguity, educational fragmentation, simplified content, and team marginalization in the construction and management of college students’academic science, technology and culture which has a very adverse effect. Therefore, strengthening the construction and management of academic science, technology and culture of ocean college students is not only an inevitable requirement for the country’s socialist modernization education, but also a necessary measure for strengthening the country’s ocean economic development and implementation of a strong ocean strategy. This article elaborates and explores this in detail, combined with the actual situation, puts forward scientific and reasonable suggestions, and plays an active role in promoting the effective improvement of the educational quality of ocean colleges in our country and the effective training of talents in ocean colleges and universities.
