Preventive and Control Strategies of Group Incidents in Xianlin Universities from the Perspective of Psychology
Abstract
From the perspective of psychology, it is found that the psychological motivation of college students to participate in unexpected group incidents is mainly due to psychological immaturity, conformity, suggestion and other factors. The unique personality presented by this group of college students has also caused a huge impact on the traditional management model of colleges and universities. In this case, the frequency of group incidents in colleges is also increasing. This article takes Xianlin Universities as an example, first analyzes the causes of college group accidents, then conducts research on the preventive and control measures from the perspective of psychology.
