Cultivation of Humanistic Application-oriented Talents of Chinese Language and Literature Major in Vocational Education

Abstract


Under the new situation of the development of modern society, the development of teaching work in colleges and universities, as well as the efficiency and quality of running schools, have been greatly affected to a certain extent. With the continuous deepening development of the socio-economic and technological aspects, the demand for compound talents is also increasing. In the current college education system, the Chinese Language and Literature major plays a more representative role. Starting from the quality education background, college teachers should adopt a more scientific teaching strategy, improve the teaching structure of relevant majors in time, and determine in time good application-oriented talent training plan and achievable goals, to active and innovative teaching models, more quickly and efficiently improve the actual teaching quality of Chinese language and literature, and meet the needs of modern society for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.
