On the Cultivation of Innovative Talents of Physics in Local Colleges under the New Situation

Abstract


Talent training is the key to deepening the reform of education and teaching, which determines the characteristics of talent training in colleges and universities. Under the new situation, the professional construction of colleges and universities is an important part of the reform of higher education, and it is also an important task for the construction of the quality training of college students. The physics major should also actively cater to the new situation of the increasing demand for professionals, establish the correct modern physics talent training concepts and models, and adhere to the dialectical unity of knowledge, ability and quality. Based on the connotation and characteristics of cultivating innovative talents of physics majors in local universities under the new situation, this article discusses the concepts, ideas and methods of physics talents training to optimize and adjust the talent training program, and highlights the cultivation of innovative talents in the new situation by the matching curriculum system, flexible selecting professional curriculum system, building a diversified platform for innovative talent training, customizing effective talent training mechanism, which helps to implement the plan, and comprehensively improve the quality and level of physics professional training in local colleges.
