Research on Legal Issues of Inheritance of Virtual Property

Abstract


With the rapid development of computers and the Internet and the advent of the "Internet Plus " era, virtual property is no longer a new thing, it is already closely related to our lives. Fictitious property is the legal property of citizens and should be inherited, but there is no relevant legal provisions in the "Inheritance Law" regarding whether virtual property can be inherited. At present, the increasing number of cases concerning virtual heritage shows that the inheritance of virtual property is a common problem faced by all people who enjoy the convenience of the Internet.
