Practical Research on the Effective Integration of Modern Apprenticeship and New Enterprise Apprenticeship

Abstract


Modern Apprenticeship and Enterprise New Apprenticeship are important models for cultivating advanced technical talents in my country. This article starts with the analysis of the connotation of the modern apprenticeship and the new enterprise apprenticeship, focusing on the effective integration of the modern apprenticeship and the new enterprise apprenticeship, hoping to further promote the reform and innovation of China’s technical talent training model and comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of talents.
