A Probe into the Cultivation of Cross-border E-commerce School-Enterprise Cooperation Talents

Abstract


With the development of the Internet information age, the demand for the market has facilitated some emerging industries in recent years. In the international trade industry, the demand for cross-border e-commerce merchants has increased dramatically. Although the current higher vocational education can temporarily meet the basic needs of the industry, However, it is not conducive to the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce. There are still some obvious shortcomings in the training mode of cross-border e-commerce merchants in local application-oriented universities. In view of this, how to train cross-border e-commerce talents with development potential is an urgent problem to be solved in major universities. Therefore, this article focuses on the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce merchants as the main content of the discussion, and explains the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the positive role of the e-commerce merchant training, and the specific implementation strategy of the school-enterprise cooperation model in accordance with the teaching needs, with the purpose to improve the quality of college professional talent training.
