An Analysis of the Influencing Factors in the Achievements of Genetics in Universities in the Border Areas

Abstract


The achievements and influencing factors of Genetics of three classes of 20th agronomy in Tarim University were analyzed. The results showed that different classes (college entrance examination for the minority and Chinese language), gender, ethnic group, source of students, employment intention and Chinese language level had a significant influence on genetics achievements. Therefore, in order to achieve the talent training goal of our university, we should constantly improve the Chinese level of candidates of the minority language, expand the proportion of students in the mainland, comprehensively strengthen the employment guidance, enhance the initiative and enthusiasm, constantly innovate and improve the teaching methods, and use a variety of teaching strategies and methods to achieve individualized teaching.
