Study on the Quality Requirements and Training System of College Student Cadres in the New Era

Abstract

The difference between student cadres and ordinary students is that they have three layers of identities: students, managers, and coordinators. Therefore, training and improving the quality of student cadres not only help to improve their own qualities, but also helps counselors to do good student work. In this regard, this article expounds on the current qualities and surviving problems that college student cadres should possess, as well as the main problems in the current cultivation of college student cadres, and on this basis, puts forward several training program suggestions.
