Exploration and Practice of College Students' Employment under the Current Epidemic Situation
Abstract
With the further development of quality education activities, the scale and speed of China’s high-quality talents have shown a large-scale development, which provides a wealth of labor talents for social development. This also makes the problem of labor market supply and demand more acute. The employment situation of college students this year, under the impact of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, has shown new contradictions. The following is a summary of the employment situation of college students in the context of the 2020 epidemic. Through actual investigation and analysis, the specific impact of the epidemic on the employment situation of college students is proposed. In this context, relevant suggestions for college students on how to do a good job in employment activities are proposed.
