Analysis of Influencing Factors on Young College Teachers' Political Attitude and Value Orientation based on ISM Model

Abstract


At present, our society has entered the stage of value diversification. Value diversification not only impacts on all aspects of people's lives, but also has a great impact on the political attitude of college teachers and college students. Therefore, it is very important to develop the political attitude and value orientation of young college teachers. This paper constructs an interpretive structural model to analyze the key factors affecting the political attitude and value orientation of young college teachers, identifies the key factors and analyzes the structural relationship between the various factors.
