Research on the Development of University Ideological and Political Education and Student Employment
Abstract
Ideological and political education and student employment are inextricably linked. High-quality and targeted ideological and political education can guide students to establish a correct employment concept to a certain extent, which is conducive to enhancing their employability and promoting students’ employment. Based on this, this article focuses on how to promote the employment of college students. The article first analyzes the relationship between ideological and political education and student employment, the significance of ideological and political education to strengthen employment guidance, then discusses the current problems in the work. On this basis, a number of development suggestions are proposed in order to use university ideological and political education to better guide and help students find jobs.
