Analysis of the Important Position of Criminal Law Course and the Reform of Teaching Model

Abstract


With the steady advancement of the reform of China’s education system in recent years, college law education is also facing innovation in the teaching model. However, at the present stage, the teaching of Criminal Law courses in Chinese colleges and universities has failed to adapt to the development of the times, there is a certain gap that makes students have great difficulty in learning and understanding. Therefore, the use of a new teaching model in the teaching of Criminal Law is of positive significance for improving the learning effect and teaching quality.
