The Influence of College Campus Culture on College Students’ Entrepreneurship and Employment Ability

Abstract


Campus culture in colleges and universities is very important for the growth and development of college students. It plays a huge role in the cultivation of college students’ comprehensive qualities, the formation of outlook on life, world outlook and values, and the improvement of entrepreneurship and employment ability. College students are an important force in the construction of the country in the new era. Therefore, colleges and universities should create a good campus cultural environment, encourage college students to improve their self-cultivation and professionalism, achieve entrepreneurship and employment, and actively invest in the construction of socialism. This article analyzes the connotation of college campus culture and deeply analyzes the impact of college campus culture on college students’ entrepreneurship and employment ability. The aim is to provide new ideas for colleges to build a good campus culture, to promote the orderly entrepreneurship and employment of college students, and to achieve the goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities.
