Discussion on the Effective Methods of the Construction of Network Ideological and Political Education Team in Universities

Abstract

Modern society is an era of network informatization. The development of all walks of life is closely related to network technology. In the education system, carrying out ideological and political education through the network is an inevitable demand for the modernization of ideological and political education in universities. The application of network information technology in Ideological and political education plays a big role, not only improving the constraints of traditional teaching models, but also improving the level of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. At present, according to the analysis of the status quo of online ideological and political education in universities, there are still some problems in the construction of online ideological and political education management mechanism, such as the optimization of the network ideological and political team structure, and the strengthening of online ideological and political education personnel training. Therefore, colleges and universities must work out effective methods in online ideological and political education, and reasonably promote the construction of online ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
