Abstract

The construction of industrial colleges under the background of new engineering by universities helps to transform universities into an application-oriented development model. With the promulgation of the great strategies of the “Belt and Road” and “Made in China 2025”, it is necessary to train new industrial talents with practical, innovative and adaptive capabilities in order to adapt to the current industrial and technological changes. Since the "New Engineering" was proposed by the Ministry of Education in 2017, it has provided new talent training directions for engineering education colleges and universities.
