Research on Psychological Intervention Mechanism of Employment and Entrepreneurship for Female College Students in the New Era

Abstract


With the continuous expansion of ordinary colleges and universities, the number of college graduates has continuously increased in recent years. Today, the market has become increasingly competitive, and the employment and entrepreneurship dilemma of college students has become more and more obvious. Female college students in the new era are facing great pressure on graduation and employment. Therefore, under the severe environment of employment and entrepreneurship, the problem of employment and entrepreneurship of female college students in colleges and universities has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. This article analyzes and studies the current status of employment and entrepreneurship of female college students in colleges and universities, and puts forward effective strategies for the psychological intervention of employment and entrepreneurship for female college students, hoping to provide a little feasible reference for the employment and entrepreneurship of female college students.
