On the Countermeasures of Guidance Education in Higher Vocational Education under the New Employment Situation

Abstract


Technological progress and economic development have led to changes in the traditional employment model, resulting in new forms of employment. This article discusses the countermeasures for vocational guidance education in higher vocational education under the new trend. Carrying out vocational guidance education in higher vocational education should comply with the requirements of the times, provide professional vocational guidance courses, improve the digital skills and literacy of vocational students, build the soft power of talents, and cultivate versatile talents with technology and digital skills and management.
