Abstract


Urban construction planning has always been in a state of dynamic change, changing with the changes of the times, and land and space planning is a guide for national spatial development, a spatial blueprint for sustainable development, and also a variety of urban development, protection and construction activities. Basic basis, so different periods have different requirements for urban and rural planning.
