Research on the Penetration Strategy of Humanistic Quality Education in College Aerobics Teaching

Abstract

With the gradual emphasis on physical education in China, aerobics is widely carried out in college teaching. With the improvement of people's attention to physical fitness, people are more and more aware of the importance of physical fitness. Now the search for the integration of humanistic quality education and college aerobics teaching reform is to achieve the unity of ideological level and physical quality teaching, so that students can achieve comprehensive development. This paper first discusses the value of humanistic quality education, analyzes the characteristics of aerobics teaching, and then explores the penetration strategy of humanistic quality education in college aerobics teaching.
