Discussion on the Construction Strategy of Micro System of "Three Aspects of Education" in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

With the progress of human society and the deepening of reform, education has also made great progress, and all walks of life require more and more talents. As a full-time college for training professional and skilled talents, higher vocational education ability and teaching concept have a great impact on the future development direction of students. However, there are many disadvantages in the current teaching mode, which are not conducive to the cultivation of students' values and the shaping of students' ability. The concept of "three aspects of education" is bound to change the teaching mode of colleges and universities and the cultivation of students' ability. The so-called "three aspects of education" refers to "all staff education, whole process education and all-round education". It plays a very important role in guiding students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, which can not only make students learn knowledge, and cultivating good moral quality, but also make students develop in all aspects, improving their comprehensive quality and meeting the basic requirements of quality education.
