Compound Translators: the Construction and Reform Direction of the Training Model of Translation Professionals in My Country
Abstract
With the continuous development and progress of the economy and society, the demand for talents in all walks of life
has gradually increased, and the corresponding assessment standards have also become more stringent. This not only increases
the pressure of talent training in the new era at the right time, but also points out the main development direction of modern
talents. Therefore, after the relevant education and teaching units recognize the urgency of the current social development for
compound all-round talents, they should consciously optimize and innovate their specific teaching activities, so as to effectively
promote the quality and efficiency of talent development.
