An Analysis of the Way to Realize the Ideological and Political Value of University Management
Abstract
The basic purpose of the corresponding courses of management is to cultivate management talents, provide previous
theoretical guidance, and give road guidance to the corresponding practice. It is one of the important ways to realize the
morality and cultivation of people. Therefore, to explore the value of ideological and political in management courses, it meets
the basic requirements of the current education and teaching of socialist colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics.
Corresponding curriculum development is mainly based on morality first, and secondly, the corresponding nature of the
curriculum determines that it is very moral and intelligent in the teaching process. For the corresponding curriculum system of
management, the five sections of planning, leadership, control, organization and innovation all contain with a relatively rich
curriculum of ideological and political education. This article briefly explores the path to the realization of ideological and
political value on the course of university management.
