Research on the Construction Path of Industry Education Integration Ecosystem in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
Abstract
In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the teaching situation of vocational colleges, and the
talent training mode of vocational colleges has also been changed accordingly. Through the establishment of professional
industry, the integrated development of industry and teaching has been promoted. The purpose of higher vocational colleges
is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the society and meet the needs of social and national development. However, in
the teaching of higher vocational colleges, what students learn in the school does not match the needs of enterprises, which
not only increases the employment pressure of students, but also easily causes the waste of teaching resources. To change
this situation, higher vocational colleges should establish the integration circle of production and education, closely combine
education and teaching with the industrial needs of enterprises, and change the current situation of difficult employment. In
this paper, the author will analyze the importance of industry education integration in higher vocational colleges from the
following aspects: The connotation of industry education integration ecosystem, the problems existing in the construction of
industry education integration ecosystem in higher vocational colleges, the cause analysis, and the construction path of industry
education integration ecosystem in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
