The Active Role of Online Psychological Counseling in the Mental Health Course of University Education
Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet information technology in my country, students can learn
about domestic facts and news through the Internet, communicate and query information through the Internet. The Internet has
become an important part of student life. Colleges and universities should strengthen the application of Internet technology
and provide college students with online psychological counseling services. This has become the current research topic for
colleges and universities. This article analyzes the significance of online counseling in mental health education in colleges and
universities, and analyzes the differences between online psychological counseling and traditional counseling, and at the same
time clarifies the development direction of online psychological counseling.
