Analysis on the Construction and Innovation of Classroom Teaching Quality Evaluation System for College Teachers

Abstract


Teaching quality evaluation is a part of teaching quality monitoring in colleges and universities. It is an effective
way to test students’ learning effect and teachers’ teaching effect. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems existing
in the classroom teaching quality evaluation system of college teachers, and puts forward the optimization and innovation
methods for reference.
