Research on the Teaching Innovation Team Construction of “Double-quality” Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Background of “Double High”

Abstract


With the help of “double high” and using this as a background, the construction of “dual teacher type” in innovation and teaching teams can improve the quality of technical talents in an all-round way. Carrying out cooperative innovation together and combining with the needs of the current industry can to a certain extent enable the teaching and teaching team to “twist together”, which is more conducive to the comprehensive development of the competitiveness of universities. There are still some shortcomings in the teacher team under the “dual teacher type”, that is, the cooperation between each other is not close, and the education output is not deep enough. Faced with this problem, it is necessary to effectively integrate production and education according to the current situation, improve the overall structure of the team, and enhance the overall competitive strength.
