Research on the Cultivation System of High-quality Farmers from the Perspective of Lifelong Education

Abstract

Rural revitalization is a new task and new requirement in the new stage of national modernization. Constructing a high-quality farmer cultivation system and training and bringing up high-quality farmers is the only way to modernize agriculture and rural areas. The concept of lifelong education provides a new educational paradigm and growth path for the individual development of people, and provides a broad vision for the development of rural human resources and the improvement of farmers’ quality. This article focuses on sorting out several relationships in the cultivation of high-quality farmers, and puts forward the strategies and paths for the construction of the cultivation system for high-quality farmers from the perspective of lifelong education, which provides a useful reference for specific practices.
