Application of Fine Management Thought in Science and Technology Management in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Colleges and universities undertake the important task of transporting talents for the society. With the diversified needs of the state and society for talents and the innovation and development of science and technology, higher requirements are put forward for college education and more attention is paid to education management. Science and technology management is a key point in university management. Under the background of the information age, the science and technology level of a university directly affects the training level of students. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job of science and technology management in colleges and universities. There are many contradictions between the traditional management mode and the management needs at this stage, while the fine management can better standardize and meet the scientific needs of science and technology management. Based on this, this paper analyzes and discusses the application of the fine management thought in the science and technology management of colleges and universities.
