Exploration and Practice of Improving College Students’ Comprehensive Quality under the Background of the New Era——Taking the Entrepreneurship College of Xijing University as An Example

Abstract

With the continuous acceleration of social development in today’s era, comprehensive and all-round technical talents have become the requirements of many enterprises, which puts forward many new requirements for the eyes (staff) of internal employees in colleges and universities. Through the practical investigation in the entrepreneurship college of Xijing University, this paper knows that if you want to effectively promote the improvement of college students’ comprehensive quality, you can base on the “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” strategy deployed and implemented by the state at the present stage, starting from four aspects: constructing and improving the teaching system, building and improving the practice framework, improving the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation, and the integration of science education and humanities education. At this stage, in the process of organizing and carrying out talent training, there are many problems to be solved, so that the comprehensive quality of college students can not be effectively improved. Based on the background of this new era, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the improvement of college students’ internal comprehensive quality, in order to provide some meaningful reference materials for the development of internal education in colleges and universities.
