On the Ethical Consideration of Employment of College Graduates

Abstract


According to relevant authoritative reports, the number of college graduates in my country in 2022 is expected to reach 10.76 million, while the number of postgraduate applicants in the same year is as high as 4.57 million, which is a record high. This has to make us reflect that with the popularization of higher education. The expansion of the scale of graduate enrollment, how should our education develop, and the whereabouts of many of our college graduates. In this article, the employment orientation of graduates from colleges and universities should be in the same direction as the needs of the country and society; College graduates should have “survive first,” The job selection concept of “post-development”; College graduates should base themselves on their jobs, insist on doing their jobs well, and college graduates should further improve their overall quality, and create conditions for further development. Four aspects are analyzed, hoping to analyze the colleges. The employment work of graduates is inspiring.
