Exploration and Practice of Higher Vocational Legal Education Reform in China

Abstract


The reform of higher vocational education continues to advance, and the role of higher vocational law education in cultivating students’ comprehensive quality is becoming more and more prominent. There are many courses in higher vocational law education and rich content of law theory. These characteristics provide very effective conditions for law education to play an active role in improving students’ comprehensive professional ability among higher vocational students. Higher vocational law education teachers should actively use their own courses to improve students’ comprehensive professional ability in legal direction and encourage students to actively absorb the contents of various law courses in higher vocational schools. Referring to the existing comprehensive legal professional quality of higher vocational students, this paper analyzes the concept and classification of higher vocational legal education courses, discusses the role of higher vocational legal education in shaping the comprehensive professional ability of legal direction, and explains that actively carrying out the reform of higher vocational legal education can significantly improve the comprehensive professional ability of higher vocational students in legal direction, therefore higher vocational law schools should also increase investment in this regard.
