Research on the Management of Higher Vocational Students under the Mode of Modern Apprenticeship

Abstract


Higher vocational colleges attach importance to cultivating professional and technical talents and emphasize teaching practice. Therefore, different methods are needed for student management in order to obtain high-quality management effects. Modern apprenticeship is a new concept management model. Emphasis is placed on the mode of master leading apprentices, allowing students to achieve technical mastery and skill practice, which is conducive to the all-round development of students in higher vocational schools and strengthens students’ comprehensive ability. This paper takes the management work of higher vocational students as the research object, and explores the development of management work of higher vocational students under the modern apprenticeship model. By summarizing the content analysis of the modern apprenticeship system, it analyzes the main points of student management under the modern apprenticeship system, and summarizes the problems existing in the management process. And put forward corresponding optimization measures to lay a solid foundation for the optimization and development of higher vocational student management under the current apprenticeship model in the next stage.
