Application Analysis of Project Teaching Method in the Teaching of “Garden Plant Cultivation”

Abstract

“Landscape plant cultivation” is the core course of landscape architecture major. In the course learning, students need to master the techniques and methods of plant cultivation and improve their practical work ability. However, in the traditional classroom teaching, teachers usually focus on classroom narration, and students learn knowledge passively. This teaching method is difficult to mobilize students’ enthusiasm to participate in learning. The application of project teaching method can effectively make up for the problems existing in traditional classroom teaching and improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching. Based on this, starting with the current teaching situation of “garden plant cultivation”, this paper discusses the application of project teaching method in the teaching of “garden plant cultivation” for reference.
