Research on the Integration of Industry and Education to Promote the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

With the successive issuance of a series of policies on the integration of industry and education, how to promote the international integration of industry and education and cultivate innovative talents in higher vocational education, and the key of vocational education is to find a way to cultivate innovative talents with “school enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education”. How to train innovative talents in higher vocational colleges mainly lies in the cultivation of vocational skills, policy docking and integration with the requirements of international enterprises. Aiming at the current situation of insufficient depth of industry education integration and many obstacles in school enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges through international industry education integration, such as strengthening policy docking, aligning professional construction and curriculum with the demand for talents.
