Cultivation and Innovation of Creative Talents in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Cultural and Creative Industry

Abstract

With the rise of cultural and creative industries, enterprises have an increasing demand for talents. The main position of talent training is colleges and universities. Therefore, how to cultivate creative talents in colleges and universities has become a more concerned issue in the society. However, due to the heavy influence of traditional teaching methods in colleges and universities, the innovation of teaching methods is insufficient; Hardware facilities can not keep up with the needs of students, which all affect the cultivation of creative talents. This paper will put forward some suggestions on how to cultivate creative talents in colleges and universities under the background of cultural and creative industry.
