Current Situation and Path Exploration of Ideological and Political Teaching in College English

Abstract

The reform of education makes the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education in college English teaching, and transforms the previous “ideological and political curriculum” into the current “curriculum ideological and political education”. The transformation of this mode is to cultivate talents in a three-dimensional way and break the traditional single ideological and political curriculum, but to integrate ideological and political education into English teaching and various subjects, so that students can learn ideological and political education while learning knowledge, cultivate talents with both ability and moral integrity for the school, in order to have a better foothold in the society in the future.
