Research on the Teaching Skills of Normal University Students in Local Undergraduate Colleges and Their Countermeasures——Taking Jining Normal College as an example

Abstract

Only by improving the teaching skills training system and carrying out effective teaching skills training can local undergraduate colleges fully guarantee the quality of normal university students. Therefore, in the local undergraduate normal colleges and universities, in the actual teaching process, it is necessary to further improve the teachers, effectively carry out education curriculum teaching, actively carry out teaching practice, solve the problems existing in the teaching process, in order to better carry out the skills training of normal university students. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the teaching skills training of local undergraduate normal university students and related countermeasures, to provide certain reference and help for teachers.
