In order to evaluate and measure the health and sustainability of these higher education systems,we identified and quantified six indicatiors that affect the health status of the higher education system. After that,we established principal component analysis model (PCA) to reduce the dimension, and constructed multiple linear regression model to fit a regression equation so that we can evaluate the health of the higher education system.
