The philosophy of psychological counseling

Abstract


his paper focuses on six questions about the validity of psychological counseling: One, to clarify the two dimensions of the facts, including the objective facts and subjective facts to clarify the way to understand the facts; Two, to give hope to restore self-control, including storytelling to give a successful strategy, to bring hope through change by lowering the expectations of the past, to improve the sense of self-control, and to look at the efforts to rebuild confidence by changing the mind map and timeline to see hope; Third, to establish a good self-evaluation and self-mind; Fourth, to use value guide, including implied value method, behavior pros and cons of value analysis, use hypnosis imagine to explore the benefits of changing the behavior of the problem and the positive benefits of imagining the positive behavior; Fifth, from the three dimensions of mind, image and experience to deal with psychological problems; Six, the use of well-informed thinking about the dilemma.
