On the Ability Construction of Information-Based Teaching Team for Public English Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract


With the development of education concept and education business, higher vocational colleges have higher requirements for students' English autonomous learning ability and application ability. In order to meet the needs of education reform, it is very important to improve the professional quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges and build a public English teacher information-based teaching team in higher vocational colleges. Information-based teaching can make up for the deficiency of traditional public English teaching and promote the improvement of teaching effect. Based on the discussion of the importance of teaching team in public English information construction, this paper puts forward some countermeasures according to the existing problems in teaching team information construction, hoping to help improve the teaching quality and efficiency of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges.
