Discussion on the Training Mode of Applied Talents in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract

Under the background of the educational reform of new engineering, the applied talents in colleges and universities also put forward the corresponding teaching transformation. Colleges and universities need to understand their own positioning, actively promote educational reform according to different professional teaching, and give full play to local advantageous resources, to combine education with today's new situation, the demand development of talents, service and long-term development of talents. This article mainly discusses the training mode of applied talents in local colleges and universities in combination with the educational reform background of new engineering, and expounds the project with green intelligent equipment student team.
