The Reform of English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of MOOC

Abstract


Under the background of the development of informatization in recent years, the teaching reform of higher vocational English presents an informatization development mode, especially the teaching mode and teaching concept of MOOC have brought new development opportunities to higher vocational English teaching. Higher vocational education is an important part of China's education. As a basic subject, higher vocational English curriculum cultivates students' comprehensive development ability in English teaching activities, effectively improves the efficiency and quality of higher vocational English teaching, and realizes the deep combination between higher vocational English teaching and vocational English teaching. Of course, the teaching mode of MOOC class has brought some thoughts to the reform of English teaching in higher vocational colleges. How to optimize the existing English teaching mode has become an existing teaching problem.
