A Study on the Application of Flipped Classroom in Translation Teaching Based on the Concept of "Ideological and Political Curriculum"

Abstract


Translation is one of the basic skills in English language learning and an indispensable part of college English teaching. The concept of "ideological and political curriculum" requires teachers to effectively integrate curriculum and ideology and politics, and cultivate new era talents who are firm in "four self-confidence". Flipped classroom teaching method can more effectively achieve this teaching goal. Based on this, this paper expounds the role of flipped classroom in translation teaching under the concept of "ideological and political curriculum". On the basis of a brief analysis of the current situation of college English translation teaching in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the effective application of flipped teaching under the concept of "ideological and political curriculum" in pre class preparation, in class teaching and after class review teaching, which can not only improve the teaching quality, but also improve the students' comprehensive ability to use English.
