Research on the Improvement of College Counselors’Professional Quality in the New Era
Abstract
College counselors are the life teachers and Bosom Friends of college students.Their professional quality affects the development of college students.The new era focuses on improving the professional quality of college counselors,which is a necessary choice for the professionalization of counselors and an inevitable requirement for the development of college education.Based on the background of the new era,this paper studies the necessity and effective ways to improve the professional quality of counselors,in order to provide some reference for the current counselors.
