The Path of College English Vocabulary Teaching under the Background of Informatization

Abstract


In the “Internet+” era, the trade between countries in the world is becoming more and more frequent. The role of English
as a worldwide communication tool has become prominent. English teaching in colleges and universities plays an irreplaceable
role in cultivating students’ practical application ability of English knowledge and core quality of English subject, while English
vocabulary teaching is the basis and premise of cultivating students’ English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
This paper focuses on the problems related to English vocabulary teaching in colleges and universities under the background of
informatization.
