Analysis on the Ideas and Methods of Enterprise Innovation Management

Abstract

With the development of society,the continuous enhancement of China's economic strength,the speed of economic globalization is getting faster and faster,and the development of modern enterprises have also put forward new requirements.The management innovation can improve the management system,allocate the resources more reasonably,and improve the strength of the enterprise itself.The idea of enterprise innovation management is to solve its own shortcomings,and improve at the same time.In this paper expounds the concept and content of enterprise management innovation,analyzes the problems existing in the current enterprise management,puts forward the method of enterprise innovation management,hoping to provide reference for the current enterprise innovation management.
